Warranty Policy

  • Warranty Period & Parameters: 90 days from the date of purchase, if sold on MRP and supported with original invoice. Seller's should incorporate M&B's warranty policy along with their online warranty & service policy. The first point of contact is always the seller/retailer and retailers are bound to resolve the customers' grievances as per their policy.
  • Minor Repairs: To be done by a local cobbler on retailer's initiative. Sundry consumables such as laces, rivets, hooks, eyelets, buckles shall be provide free of cost by M&B on retailer's request.
  • Major Repairs:
i) The aggrieved customer(s) can directly contact CCD@M&B to register their complaints and send the defective pair(s) along with original invoice after discussion with CCD@M&B.

ii) Exceptionally, the retailer(s) can facilitate their customers composite inward return of defective pair(s) to CCD@M&B along with original invoice and customers contact detail for speedy resolution of complaint.
  • Inward Freight Cost: Complaint pairs should be sent to CCD@M&B on “Freight Paid” basis. M&B shall return the repaired/replaced/rejected pairs to the customer(s) on similar basis. Pairs received by CCD@M&B on “To Pay” basis shall be settled in similar manner.
  • Road Permit: No road permits are required for complaint pairs to be individually dispatched to CCD@M&B by customers. Selective dispatch of complaint pairs by retailer(s) to M&B can be coordinated with CCD@M&B.
Generating Reference No. for complaints logged by CCD@M&B: On each and every complaint pairs received at M&B, the CCD@M&B shall document the complaint and generate a unique reference number and share the same with the complainant immediately either through email or phone.
Outward/Dispatch of Repaired/Rejected pair(s): The repaired/replaced/rejected pair(s) against the complaint pair(s) sent-in directly to CCD@M&B by the customer/complainant shall necessarily be shipped directly to the same customer/complainant.
  • Remarks: Post physical inspection of the complaint pair(s), importantly, all such pairs which are not feasible or legible for repair due to excessive or unnatural wear and tear damage to the pair owing to rough usage are bound to be returned to the customer, as the case may be.
